A mono hi-fi audio power amplifier using the TDA2030 with very good specifications despite its apparent simplicity. Two of these 1109 kits can be used together with kits 1070 and 3100 to make a modern high quality STEREO amplifier.
The circuit uses a TDA2030 audio amplifier IC to drive two TIP2955 transistors in a complimentary pair set-up. It provides high input sensitivity, low distortion, good frequency response and operating stability and full protection against overloads and output short-circuits.
A 35 - 45Vdc power supply is required. Output load is can be either 4 or 8 Ohms.
Kit includes a large heatsink and solder for assembly.
