The Telephone Ringer Relay Switch is an easy to install answer. Once connected to your phone line, the onboard relay can be used to activate an external siren, buzzer, bell, light, etc. which will turn on and off in synchronisation with the incoming ringing signal.
The relay is rated to switch loads of up to 48Vac or 28Vdc @ 3A maximum current and is completely isolated from the telephone line.
The board does not affect normal telephone operation and can be left permanently connected to the line. And it is powered from the phone line so no external power supply required. Suitable for use on PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) land lines.
Available as a self-assembly kit (8122KT) or pre-assembled unboxed module (AS8122-TB and AS8122-RJ11). The board has holes to take an optional RJ11 telephone socket (supplied with Order Code AS8122-RJ11 only).
