This extremely sensitive ultrasonic motion detector circuit uses a quartz crystal to lock the detector frequency for maximum stability and reliability. The circuit can be set to pick up the slightest air movement (wind blowing, hot air rising).

All components, including the crystal controlled oscillator, detector circuits and a pair of edge mounted ultrasonic transducers, are mounted on a single board. Only the power supply and Signal Out connection wires are required.

* Although a PP3 battery clip is included we have found the circuit operates best with a 12Vdc regulated mains adapter.
