This logic probe kit will provide you with a vital piece of test equipment for examining the logic states at a particular point in an electronic circuit. It is usually used in fault finding and testing but it can also be used to find out how a piece of equipment works or to assist in electronic design.

Unlike many cheaper designs, this kit includes a high speed, dual polarity pulse detection and stretching circuit. This allows detection of both positive and negative pulses and the fast (50 nano second) pulses which can switch CMOS and SCR devices. It also provides audible indication of what is detected so you can keep your eyes on where you are working with the tip of the probe.

Three LEDs provide visual indication and a piezo buzzer provides a variable tone audio indication. TTL / CMOS selection switch.
