The system consists of a transmitter and receiver, it allows you to change the channel of a satellite receiver, TV, VCR, DVD etc. Just aim the remote of the equipment you wish to control at the transmitter, the signal will be sent to the receiver (up to 50m away) which will then change the channel of your equipment.
