Ordering Online is Fast, Easy and Secure

Our safe and secure online ordering system is the quickest and easiest way to place your order. You can pay securely by credit, debit and Amex card or PayPal. Card payments are handled by SagePay and are website is tested daily for security by Trustwave.

The system will automatically calculate the shipping options and rates for any destination worldwide. Just add the items required to the cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the available shipping options for your destination.

Please provide the correct registered card holders name and address in the "Billing Information" section to avoid order processing delays or cancellation.

Prices

Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (shown using the £ sign). To get an idea of how much our products are in your own currency you can use Universal Currency Converter. If you are outside the UK you do not have to pay UK sales tax.

UK VAT Sales Tax

UK Sales

All UK deliveries (excluding the Channel Isles) will be charged VAT at the prevailing rate.

Non-UK Sales

The checkout process initially assumes that delivery will be to the United Kingdom so product prices shown on the "Shopping Cart" page include UK VAT. If your delivery country is outside UK, our online shopping cart will automatically remove UK sales tax. Please proceed through the checkout process as normal. Once the shopping cart has your delivery address details it will automatically remove the UK sales tax on the final "Checkout" page. The "Checkout" also allows you to select the delivery service you require.
Import Charges - All import duties, taxes or other charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Conditions of Sale

Orders that are accepted are subject to our Conditions of Sale. If you are ordering self-assembly products please also read our Project Kit Information prior to ordering.

Kit (KT) or Assembled (AS)?

The KT order code products are supplied in kit form. The AS order code products are supplied with ready assembled and tested. (Most of the pictures on our website show products in the ready assembled format.) Product Formats Info

Minimum Order Value and Pricing

Our minimum order value of goods is GB£5.00 excluding shipping charge and VAT applicable to your country. There is no minimum order quantity. We offer quantity price breaks on many items. These are available to all customers. We do not offer trade prices. All customers get the same prices.

Other Ordering Options

We only accept paper Order Forms from UK customers. We no longer accept payment by personal cheque. Full payment (including shipping charges) must accompany the order. See the Shipping Rates and Payment Methods section below for details of how to order from your country.

Simply download a copy of the Order Form for your country by right clicking on the hyperlink (these can be found under the Shipping Rates section below) and selecting the 'Save Target As...' or 'Print Target' option. Fill in the items you require and post with your payment to the address below.

Online Price Quotations

If you would prefer to order goods via post or fax or live outside the UK and are not sure how much you need to pay you can use our online shopping system to generate a quote for you. The system will calculate the delivery options and rates for any destination worldwide. Just add the items required to the cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the available shipping options for your destination.

Despatch Procedure

Delivery

All orders are subject to a non-refundable standard delivery charge based on weight and destination. Express and International delivery options are available at extra cost. Full details can be found above.
We endeavour to despatch goods the same day (subject to stock availability) where orders are placed before 2.00pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).
UK Standard 3-7 Working Day Delivery orders will be sent by our choice of either Royal Mail 2nd or 1st Class mail (Recorded (Signed for) option at our discretion), Royal Mail Standard Parcels, Royal Mail Special Delivery or ParcelForce 48 Hour.
UK Mainland Next Working Day Insured Delivery orders will be sent by our choice of either Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day or ParcelForce 24 Hour and are guaranteed to reach you by 6pm the next Working Day (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) following the day of despatch. Deliveries to Scottish highlands and other outer lying areas are not guaranteed for next day delivery (click here for full details).
International orders will be shipped by Airmail or courier depending on the weight and value of the goods ordered.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm local time, Monday to Friday and 8am and 1pm on Saturdays (Please Note that Saturday is not a guaranteed delivery day). Parcels may require a signature. If there is no one available to take delivery, a card will be left and you will need to make you own re-delivery/collection arrangements with the carrier.
We will notify you of any delays due to stock shortage via e-mail or telephone. You can expect delivery of any back-ordered items within 30 days of placing your order.

Please do not use P.O. Box addresses, as goods will be returned and you will have to pay a further shipping charge.

Exports

Carriage will be charged on orders involving Export at the published rates for consignments up to 100 Kg gross weight. We will contact you before accepting any Export order exceeding 100 Kg gross weight with details of shipping options and rates.

Product Availability

All despatch times quoted are subject to product availability but we do endeavour to keep all items in stock for immediate delivery. We will not substitute products without the customers prior approval.

Back ordered items are shipped at our expense and will be delivered within 30 days.

Cash	1. You can deposit UK bank notes and coins by making an over-the-counter payment at any UK high street bank deposit to our account. Please complete a paying-in slip. These are available at any HSBC branch. You will need our bank sort code and account number - please Contact Us for details. 2. You can send UK bank notes and coins to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery (however we accept no responsibility whatsoever if cash is lost in the post). Order Form.
COD (Cash On Delivery)	This service has been discontinued by the Post Office and is therefore no longer available.
UK Postage & Packing rates (special charges may apply to out lying areas e.g. Northen Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, IOM and the Channel Islands for parcels over 1.5Kg)
Standard 3-5 Working Day Delivery	£4.95 inc. 20.0% VAT per order (from £0.00 (FREE) if you order online depending on the weight and value of goods ordered) for goods up to 2Kg. Sent by 2nd class post. Consignments over 2Kg will be quoted prior to despatch. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping charges based on the basket weight.
Next Day Delivery	£11.95 inc. 20.0% VAT per order (from just £7.80 if you order online depending on the weight) for goods up to 20Kg. Guaranteed next working day delivery to UK mainland (before 1pm for parcels under 2Kg in weight). Conditions apply - see map for details. Includes compensation up to GB£250 for lost/damaged items.
