quality 20-pin 0.3" ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) socket that can be used with
the PIC and ATMEL programmer kits 3121, 3122, 3123 and 3151 boards.
Using the ZIF socket allows quick and easy insertion of devices like PIC chips for programming without any possibility of leg damage. Simply flick the integral lever to clamp the pins for programming and lift again to release the device.
Product Note: Please ensure that the lever is in the UP position (contact plates open) when the socket is soldered.
