1060 - ±40Vdc/8A Dual Polarity Amplifier Power Supply

This ±40Vdc/8A Dual Polarity Amplifier Power Supply is ideal for audio amplifiers like our kits 1033 and 1077. It comprises 4 heavy duty diodes, smoothing and decoupling capacitors and a fuse for each supply rail.

If the amplifier is used alone for a MONO system a 2x28VAC/4A symmetrical transformer is sufficient. If you plan to supply a stereo amplifier the transformer should have an 8A rating.
