RPI536 - 300W Leisure Power Inverter, 12Vdc to 230Vac

Regulated 300 Watt power inverter for running 230Vac equipment from a 12Vdc battery for use in a car, truck or caravan and even on a boat. High performance (> 90%) power inverter generates very little heat. High stability output frequency (±1%) makes it suitable to power sensitive devices.

Designed for light leisure use and suitable for powering electrical equipment such as a small portable TVs under 16", video, filament lamps, pump and battery charger, etc. Please refer to our Power Inverter Selection Guide for help choosing the correct wattage model for your application.

We recommend the SSI626 or SSI632 for heavier use and inductive loads like energy bulbs and motor driven appliances (electric drills, fridges, freezers, etc.) as these can have considerably higher start-up/load currents than their rated value would indicate. The inverter will NOT operate high wattage appliances or equipment that produce heat, such as hair dryers, microwave ovens and toasters.

This inverter generates a modified sine wave, which is suitable for powering most equipment and is considerably superior to the square waves which are produced by most other inverters.
