Powerful, high precision 12-bit PC Data Acquisition System. Allows quick, easy and economical data acquisition and control to be carried out using a PC parallel port. It uses a Maxim MAX186 IC that combines an 8-channel multiplexer and high-bandwidth track/hold and has high conversion speed and ultra-low power consumption.
Measuring just 60x55x20mm, 3118 is able to fit into your shirt pocket and with its low power requirements it can be run from a 9-12V battery making it suitable for portable situations. It is suitable for use from students to professional researchers and engineers.
