The
Dome is an educational do-it-yourself robot kit. and is an ideal way to learn
the basics of electronics and mechanics.
The DOME is a robot with a "Sound sensor". Every time you clap hands, this robot repeats the following movements: SPIN AROUND-STOP-MOVE FORWARD-STOP. This way you can command the robot to do almost anything from moving around an obstacle course to writing your name with its pen holder.
The mechanical and electronic parts are all user mounted.
Great for children over 10 years old with adult supervision. No soldering is required but a selection of small hand tools is required for assembly (for example Order Code HTK293).
