3181 - 10-channel Rolling Code UHF Remote Control - Receiver Board (with Solder Pins added)3181 - 10-channel Rolling Code UHF Remote Control System (Receiver Board and Keyfob)10 channel high security (rolling-code) UHF remote control relay board for use in a variety of applications. One receiver board can be used with up to 15 transmitter key fobs making it ideal for a multi-user access or control system.

Whether you want to control a garage door or gate, a car and/or home alarm, or perhaps remotely turn lights or anything else on or off, this system is just what you're looking for!

If you read the technical documentation the following key press combinations give readable outputs: pins 1, 2, 3, and 4 (of course) and the pins 1&2, 1&3, 1&4, 2&3, 2&4, and 3&4 pressed together. A PIC16F628 does ALL the work. It is a perfect demonstration of how micro-controllers have taken over from CMOS logic etc. The PIC source code is provided.

Unit starts in Momentary Mode for all relays but can be changed to Toggle Mode by holding the button or keypress combination depressed for more than 2 seconds. That relay will stay in that mode until another >2 sec keypress is received (NB a firmware upgrade is available that changes this arrangement - click here for details). Small relays are used to save weight and board area.

The kit is supplied with all the components to build one complete 10 channel relay board (as pictured). One ready built 4-button keyring transmitter (with battery) is also supplied but up to 15 transmitter units can be learnt by one Rx unit. Extra transmitter units can be purchased separately (Order Code 30A16-Tx).
