3016 - 'MTTX' Miniature FM Telephone Transmitter Bug
Attach
the MTTX anywhere along a phone line (a simple job that takes just 5
minutes). You then tune an FM radio into the signal and you will hear exactly
what both parties are saying.
The MTTX starts transmits only when the phone is used. If you have
a radio/cassette you can even record the conversation for future playback (the
Telephone Recording Interface may also be used for this
purpose).
Uses a 2-transistor circuit with an RF transistor in the output stage to
give a clear, stable signal. Draws it's power from the phone line so is completely
maintenance free once installed.
