1209 - ±40V, 8A Dual Polarity Power Supply
This
dual polarity power supply is ideal for audio power amplifiers like out kit
1199. It has four large 4700uF/63V capacitors for a clean
and stable output. Onboard fuse protection is provided.
If the amplifier is used alone for a MONO system, a 2 x 28V/4A transformer is sufficient (not supplied). If you plan to use a STEREO amplifier setup then the transformer must have an 8A minimum rating. The transformer is not supplied as part of this kit and must be purchased separately.
