1109 - 40 Watt Mono Hi-Fi Audio Amplifier TDA2030
A
mono hi-fi audio amplifier based on the TDA2030 with very good specifications despite its apparent simplicity.
Two of these 1109 kits can be used together with kits 1070 and
1071 to make a modern STEREO amplifier of very high quality.
The circuit employs a TDA2030 audio amplifier IC which drives two TIP2955 transistors in a complimentary pair setup. It has high input sensitivity, low distortion, good frequency response and operating stability and full protection against overloads and output short-circuits.
A 35 - 45Vdc power supply is required. Output load is can be either 4 or 8 Ohms. Large heatsink supplied.
